Panel Discussion: Interactive Q&A and Debate with Speakers
This panel discussion is fully interactive, designed primarily for audience questions and open dialogue with the speakers of the third topic block. Bring your own experiences and questions to discuss directly the real-world challenges you face when establishing family agreements and transforming abstract values into operational rules.

How to Prepare for the Discussion
To get the most out of this panel, we recommend reflecting on how family governance currently functions—or should function—within your own family enterprise:

  1. Identify 2–3 Core Family Values Try to define 2–3 fundamental values of your family in advance. During the panel, we will address how to translate these principles into clear operational boundaries (e.g., policies on employing family members, career progression, or asset management).
  2. Reflect on Formal Governance Frameworks The discussion will cover family constitutions, family councils, and codes of conduct. Consider whether your family currently requires a formal legal document, or how critical decisions are communicated at your present stage.
  3. Prepare for Stress-Testing Agreements Governance rules are best tested in challenging situations. We will discuss conflict-prevention mechanisms and actionable steps to take when family agreements are violated or disregarded.
