Salvatore Iacangelo is a member of the investor services team and acts as general counsel of Amundi Alpha Associates. Until August 2023 he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where for more than 12 years he held various senior roles internationally. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, he was Chief Operating Officer of the independent asset managers division, and from 2022 he was part of the Credit Suisse Corporate Development/M&A team, where his responsibilities included all of the group’s minority investments.

Before joining Credit Suisse, and again from 2017 to 2018, he worked at Bär & Karrer, first for eight years as an attorney focused on M&A, capital markets and commercial law, and then as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Digital Officer of the firm. Salvatore holds a Master in Law from the universities of Zurich and Geneva and an MBA from INSEAD. Since 2004 he has been a member of the Zurich Bar as an attorney (not currently practising).
